This was originally released by Hi-note records in 2001. It was recorded in a converted garage, in a rented 1940s prefab with the most incredible view of the southern Wiltshire downs, there were donkeys grazing outside our living room window. Those days are long gone, but our landlady remains a friend to this day. The album title came about as a result of a misprint in a brochure advertising a ferry trip to the Isle of Wight.

When I discovered who Robert Reed was, and what he was doing, and how well he was doing it... well, it was like discovering the second layer in the box of chocolates you thought was long since empty. It's not Mike Oldfield, yet it sort of is... It's inspired but not derivative, new yet faithful. Reed recognises that Oldfield innovated not just a style but a distinct genre, and is now expanding that genre. And his guitar vibrato sounds like the man himself.
